Gastronomically what stands out are the drinks of the excellent Mateus Cunha, who commands the brigade that produces the famous House blends. He already has more than a dozen international awards and was named one of the 10 best in London.
Mateus tells that Tetto’s guidance was to offer customers fresh and flavorful drinks , without being too alcoholic. The idea is that the client can take three drinks, without being changed.
The menu concept was created in inspiration in the largest buildings in the world bringing a little culture and regional ingredients of each of the 9 countries chosen.

Mirante do Vale:
This drink is a tribute to the highest building in the center of SP. In its recipe, in addition to Leblon Cachaça are added Nectar to Cupuaçu, Cherry, passion fruit syrup and chimarrão tincture (kind of tea).
A selection of flavors for visitors who want to genuinely know more exotic blends.
It is a fruity drink, at the same time soft and striking.
Sky Tree
Sky Tree:
The largest Tokyo Tower gave name to this drink with seducing visual. The ingredients used were Japanese Sake, Wasabi and Umeshu, besides pineapple Nectar and salt Solution. The drink is served with Grapefruit slices in Umeshu and has its taste and texture very reminiscent of sushi.
The result was with citric fruit in kind and definitely refreshing.
Beyond balanced flavor it is worth because the amazing shape.
Empire State
Empire State Building:
The famous Tower of New York, that even King Kong hung himself in the movie gave name to this drink. To set the tone of the Americans flavors it is utilized Bourbon Makers Mark, jelly of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cassis liqueur, Grapefruit and Orange Bitters.
Balanced and striking with an incredible color.
In addition to these and other known cocktails, Tetto’s menu still includes selection of Gin Tonics and Martinis, the classics here referred to as Old Fashioned and Long Drinks. Tequilas, cachaça and whiskeys complete the menu.
